Three days, a lot of familiar faces, and more conversation than any schedule could hold. Here’s a look back at our 50th Reunion weekend.
We kicked off the weekend at Wit’s End Tavern in Unionville. It was informal, easy, and exactly what Friday night needed to be: a chance to walk in, spot an old friend, and start catching up.
The gathering was open beyond the Class of ’76, which made the first night feel like a Minisink homecoming as much as a reunion.
Saturday evening brought classmates, spouses, partners, guests, and friends together at Aspire Brewing in Middletown.
There was food, music, the reunion slideshow, and — most importantly — time to talk. The official evening was scheduled for 7:00–11:00 PM, but most people were still there after 11, and cleanup did not begin until about 11:30.
A smaller group gathered for brunch on Sunday morning, squeezing in a final round of stories and conversation before heading home.
It was a fitting way to end a weekend built around reconnecting rather than programming.
